The MS1 series servo motors are high-performance motors designed for a wide range of applications. They come in different frame sizes (40, 60, 80, 100, 130, and 180 mm), and have rated power ranging from 50 W to 7.5 kW and rated torque ranging from 0.16 to 48 N·m. They have a base speed of 3,000 and 1,500 rpm (up to 6,000 rpm max.) and are available in low and medium inertia types.

The MS1 series motors are IP67 rated and comply with CE and UL. They come with Inovance serial encoder options, with a standard 23 bit: ±15 arcseconds and option 26 bit: ±2 arcseconds, and single or multi-turn* absolute operation. The motors can be used with the IS810, SV660, SV670, and SV680 drives, with battery support.

The MS1 series motors are divided into two categories: MS1H1/H4 and MS1H2/H3. The MS1H1/H4 series motors have a rated torque of 0.16 to 3.2 N·m, easy-to-use connectors, a max peak torque of 350%, and torque ripple of less than 0.5%. The MS1H2/H3 series motors have a rated torque of 3.2 to 48 N·m, military spec. connectors, a max peak torque of 300%, and torque ripple of less than 1%.

The ISMG Servo Motor is designed for energy-saving servo pump applications and features reduced iron and copper losses for higher efficiency and improved cooling. It uses an IPM (Interior Permanent Magnet) rotor structure for excellent electromagnetic performance and has a high overload capacity. Temperature protection is provided by three PTCs in series and KTY for precise temperature monitoring. The resolver feedback is robust, and forced ventilation is included. The product ordering code for the motor is ISMG1-30D 15C D-R1 A1 F A.

It has a 200 X 200 frame, a voltage class of 380V, resolver encoder type, 9500W rated power, keyed + tapped hole shaft connection, 1500 rpm rated speed, oil seal brake, forced cooling, and version A. The motor's high efficiency keeps it cool during operation and reduces the risk of demagnetization.
