Danfoss Drives and Variable Frequency Drives

Otomasyon AVM has discontinued the active sale of new Danfoss drives. We are not an authorized Danfoss dealer, technical service center or official service provider.

The Danfoss pages remaining on our website are maintained primarily as a technical archive for previously supplied products and older drive series. Where available, second-hand Danfoss drives may also be listed separately according to current inventory.

We do not currently offer new Danfoss drives through regular factory-order or active product-sales channels. If a second-hand unit is available, its exact condition, type code and stock status will be stated on the relevant product page.

Technical support note: We do not provide general factory technical service for Danfoss products. Support for units previously supplied by Otomasyon AVM or second-hand units currently in our inventory may be evaluated separately according to the specific model and fault condition.

Check the complete Danfoss type code. Danfoss variable frequency drives are generally identified by detailed type codes. Two units from the same series may differ in power rating, supply voltage, EMC filter configuration, enclosure class, control hardware, communication interface or installed options.

For this reason, the series name shown on the front of the drive is not sufficient for accurate identification. The complete model code, input/output ratings and option information on the nameplate should always be checked together, especially when selecting an older or second-hand Danfoss drive.

Replacing an Older Danfoss Drive
If an obsolete or failed Danfoss drive is being replaced with another model, motor power, rated current, supply voltage, control terminals, braking configuration, communication protocol and parameter functions should all be compared.

Matching kW ratings alone do not mean that two drives are electrically or functionally interchangeable. In older machinery, PLC connections, analog references, digital-input functions and fieldbus communication should also be checked before replacement.

These pages are maintained independently of new-product sales and are intended as a reference for users working with older Danfoss drives.
