Pressure sensors

Hi,
Welcome to our section on pressure sensors and pressure controllers. Let's start with some short definitions to clarify any conceptual confusion.
Pressure sensors are divided into two separate groups:
Pressure sensors: These are instruments that convert the physical pressure applied to the sensor into an output signal, which can be used to create a quantitative (relative analog) value for the pressure. There are many different types of pressure sensors that work similarly but rely on different underlying technologies to translate between pressure and an output signal. Depending on the production of pressure transmitters generally used in the industry, they consist of sensors that inform reading devices or control units with signal types such as 0-5v, 0-10v, 0-20mA, 4-20mA.
Pressure switches: These provide pressure level feedback on actual system pressure via digital output. Pressure switches are generally less expensive than pressure transmitters, but are more robust and powerful. Pressure transducers can withstand harsh environmental conditions and are resistant to water and dirt. They are suitable for more industrial and vehicle applications offering more sensitive applications and high strength. (Please note that we do not have this model of pressure switches in our store.)
Dear members, the pressure transmitters that we have listed below are universal models that produce analog signals and are listed in the first item:
To measure air pressure: Pressure reading sensors with 0-10v mostly 4-20mA output, which are mostly used in compressed air control systems for air compressors, are in this section.
Water (liquid) pressure sensors: As you know, liquids are incompressible. However, pressure transmitters produced for use in places where stable fluid pressure is required (submersible or normal pumps, etc.) with air support or other blood pressure instruments.
Used in hydraulic systems: Our sensor models are used for pressure reading and control in hydraulic systems that can occur up to 10,000 PSI (700 bar).
Steam and hot oil pressure measurement: Our models for pressure control of extremely hot systems and which can withstand temperatures up to 300 degrees as mechanical equipment are in this category.
Vacuum sensors: Models used for machines with negative pressure (vacuum machines) to measure and control the vacuum value between 0 and -1 bar.
Pressure sensor accessories: Extension cables for sensors and additional accessories that can be used when isolation units are required.
Pressure indicator and control devices: These are our electronic control devices that can read and digitally display the signals produced by all the pressure sensors mentioned above. They can provide digital (relay) or analog or communication data if necessary.
The supply voltages, output types, input types, and operating models are explained in detail on each model's own page, and there are user manuals available.
Note that, like all our products on our website, our pressure sensors are designed for use in machines for the industrial automation sector. They have been produced with galvanic isolation for potential sources of interference, such as frequency drivers, power supplies, and induction motors of various sizes located in the same room.
