Switchgear accessories are auxiliary components that support the control, status indication, connection and mounting functions of switches, contactors and relays. They are used to extend an existing device's functions, replace a compatible component or complete a control panel installation. Selection depends on the specifications of the main device to which the accessory will be fitted.

Depending on the product type, auxiliary contact blocks provide status signals to the control circuit, while mechanical interlocks prevent compatible pairs of contactors from closing simultaneously. Coil suppression modules help limit voltage transients generated when a coil is switched. Connection and mounting accessories secure the relevant device inside the panel or help arrange its electrical connections.

Before ordering, check brand, series and model compatibility, mounting position, connection type and dimensions. For electrical accessories, consider the rated voltage, AC/DC supply type, contact arrangement (NO/NC) and control circuit load, as applicable to the component's function. Coils and suppression modules must be selected for their specified voltage range. Similar appearance or an identical current rating does not establish compatibility between different series; consult the manufacturer's compatibility table or product documentation.
