Cranes are almost hand-to-hand machines that are used to carry the workloads of factories quickly and safely. Our variable frequency drives (VFD) and PLCs provide intelligence, performance, flexibility and safety for your crane applications. Wherever cranes are mounted, whatever they carry, they definitely need speed control devices. Inverters for all movements are used in almost all of the newly produced crane systems.
What is Inverter Controlled Crane?
Frequency inverter control technology provides adjustability in motors that can sense the load. It uses the modern power of variable voltage and frequency, which means our inverter control winches have unlimited variability when it comes to adjusting the Forward/Backward/Left/Right/Up/Down motions of a crane.
An example of this is the crane macros found in load sensing and inverters, It detects if a crane is under load and if not, it allows the crane motor to be lifted much faster to save time, Especially useful in some situations eg over long distances. There is no arguing about using a drive to save time, save energy or even material repair costs.
