Inovance servo drives and motors are high-performance and reliable multi-axis servo platforms with an ultra-fast control loop regulator and high dynamic response capabilities. They are available in 3 or 4 axis versions and feature a common power supply module. Thanks to these features, they are designed for use in challenging applications such as SCARA robots, CNC, and various packaging tasks in different industries.
The drive systems come with built-in safety features and offer easy commissioning and maintenance in a compact and efficient package. The driver is easy to install and wire up thanks to its modular units and plug-and-play terminals, requiring fewer components and thus reducing system costs.
In general, Inovance servos are compatible with an IP67 rated MS1 motor and include isolated cooling channels, thereby reducing the contamination of internal electrical components. The drive has a common DC source that reduces the driver footprint by 50% compared to the single-axis IS620, and features dual-input Safe Torque Off (STO) functionality (SIL3). The SV820 comes with a built-in LED keypad, fault isolation to prevent chain reactions, and quick response features with a maximum torque output of 350%.
The SV820 is available in several different variants, including an FH variant specially designed for CNC applications. The FH variant includes an enhanced conformal coating and an IP55 rated fan. InoDriveStudio is a PC-based software tool that offers adaptive tuning at a high load inertia for vibration-free performance and has various other functions.
