Gemo PC109A (Step controller)

- Microprocessor based, PID Temperature Step (Profile) controller
- Automatic calculation of PID parameters with auto-tune feature
- Sensor type: T/C (J,K,S), Pt100, optional - multi input
- P, PI, PD, PID or ON-OFF control form - optional
- “Anti-windup” feature
- Max 20 steps, selectable, Max 18 hours/step time setting
- Possibility to choose relative or absolute alarm

- Simultaneous monitoring of Set, Process, Step No and Remaining Time values
- Ambient temperature compensation for T/C, line compensation for Pt100
- Curve correction with stored oC/mV and oC/Ohm conversion tables
- Possibility to add “Offset” to the measurement value
- Password protected
- High sensitivity, accuracy
- Ability to keep program and control parameters in memory
- Optional SSR output option can work in the same panel with speed controllers.
