Toshiba VF-MB1 VFD: Shape Your Industry

The VF-MB1 features a simple panel with a "Turn and Push" setting dial, RUN and STOP keys, making it easy to operate. It also offers flexible communication options:

    Add-on options for EtherNet/IPTM, Modbus® TCP, PROFIBUS® DP, DeviceNetTM, and EtherCAT® (coming soon)

DUAL RATING:
The VF-MB1 supports dual rating for both variable torque and constant torque applications, allowing for minimal drive size while maintaining high performance.

ADVANCED MOTOR DRIVE:

The VF-MB1 is capable of driving sensor-less permanent magnetic motors (SPM/IPM) and induction motors. It features Toshiba's unique magnetic pole position detection for quick and accurate motor control.

CONSTANT TORQUE APPLICATION:
This drive is ideal for constant torque applications requiring high torque levels at different motor speeds, such as conveyors, machine tools, food machines, and elevators.

The VF-MB1 features power-on sensor-less initial magnetic pole detection, hit and stop function (torque limit function), servo lock function, and sensor-less step-out detection for precise and efficient motor control.

FLEXIBLE TERMINALS:
The VF-MB1 offers flexible control terminal layouts and options for various input and output functions, allowing for adaptable system design.

EASY FOR ADVANCED CONTROL:
The VF-MB1's internal software includes PID control, torque limit function, light-load high-speed operation, braking function, droop control, and other advanced control features for optimal performance.

PROGRAMMING:
The VF-MB1 can be programmed using computer-based software tools for sequence programming and communication, ensuring easy setup and adjustment for various conditions.

OPTIONAL DEVICES:
