VF-S11 toshiba inverters

Welcome to our Toshiba VF-S11 inverter driver page.
S11 series provides industrial automation service with its trouble-free electronic structure and structure that can last for many years. However, with the incoming updates, it essentially continues on its way as the S15.
Multi-function programmable analog input Factory default setting: 0~10Vdc and 0~60Hz (0~50Hz) frequency input. The function can be set to 4~20mAdc (0~20mA) current input by turning the selector to position 1.
By changing the parameter setting, this terminal can also be used as a multi-function programmable contact input terminal. When using the Sink (NPN trigger) logic circuit, be sure to place a resistor (4.7 kΩ -1/2 W) between P24-VIA. Also, set the VIA selector to the V position.

*Over current during acceleration and deceleration
*Overcurrent protection during operation
*Ground fault and leakage alarm
*Arm overcurrent protection (large power models)
*Input phase error (this error is parametric and can be canceled)
*Output phase failure (motor 2 phase protection)
* Over voltage protection in acceleration and deceleration
*Protection against overvoltage during operation
*Overload on inverter output
*Heavy load or overload protection on the engine
*Dynamic braking resistor broken error
*Over torque protection
*protection of the inverter against overheating
*Emergency stop protection (only for Toshiba inverter)
*Fault search for option cards
*Operating at low current error (parametric)
A short circuit between F-CC causes forward rotation; tripping causes deceleration and stopping. (with ST always ON) A short circuit between R-CC causes reverse rotation; tripping causes deceleration and stopping. (with ST always ON) If RES and CC are connected, the drive protection function is disabled. Shorting RES and CC has no effect when the drive is in normal condition. A short-circuiting between S1-CC will result in preset speed operation. A short-circuiting between S2-CC causes preset speed operation. Short-circuiting between S3-CC causes preset speed operation.
Multifunctional programmable analog output. Standard default setting: Output frequency. The function can be set to 0-20mAdc (4-20mA) current output by setting the FM slide switch to position 1.
Multifunctional programmable open collector output. The standard default settings detect and output the speed reach signal output frequencies. multi-function output terminals to which two different functions can be assigned. The NO terminal is an isoelectric output terminal. It is isolated at the CC terminal. By changing the parameter settings, these terminals can also be used as multi-function programmable encoder output terminals.
Selecting the functions of terminals VIA and VIB between analog input and contact input The functions of terminals VIA and VIB can be selected between analog input and contact input by changing the parameter settings (F109). (Factory default: Analog input)
When using these terminals as contact input terminals in the negative signal circuit, be sure to place a resistor between terminals P24 and VIA or between terminals P24 and VIB. (Recommended resistance: 4.7KΩ-1/2W) When using the VIA terminal as a contact input terminal, be sure to set the VIA switch to the V position.
If the resistor is not inserted or the VIA slide switch is not set to the V position, the ignition input will always remain ON which is very dangerous. Switch between analog input and contact input before connecting the terminals to the control circuit terminals. Otherwise, the drive or devices connected to the drive may be damaged.
