5.5 kW crane control

Hello,
Welcome to the right destination for professional and reliable hoist speed control devices. We offer a wide range of products with various power and voltage options. With both 220-volt and 380-volt supply models, we provide suitable solutions for all your hoist applications. (What is a hoist drive?)
Feel free to explore higher or lower power speed control devices based on your business's needs. Visit our separate pages for hoists with different power ratings.
5.5 kW Drives for Horizontal Movement:
Our
cat and bridge systems are designed to save space in production areas
and facilitate faster and more efficient material transport. We offer
options in various capacities and dimensions. At this point, control
relay outputs for standard brake pad control and brake resistance options are provided on the product page, taking into account the capacities of the related products.
5.5 kW Hook Drives for Vertical Movement:
We offer lifting/lowering systems
to enhance the performance of your hoists. With their strong and
durable structures, you can achieve safer and more efficient operations.
Selected drives for hooks come in a plug-and-play format with standard hoist setting macros activated,
ready for quick and hassle-free operation. All input/output assignments
(brake pad, DC brake, brake resistance, etc.) are pre-configured. The
brake resistance values, which vary for each device, are provided on the
device's individual page.
- All our speed control devices are compatible with remote controls
- All our devices support 16 preset speeds
- Brake resistance can be connected to all our devices
- All our devices are compatible with Common DC bus.
Dear visitors; As you can see, we felt the need to dedicate a separate section for hoists.
Hoists and other load-carrying machines require more care
than other machines. The system to be installed must ensure the safe
acceleration or stopping of the load being carried, as well as minimize sway. For vertical movements, the system must ensure smooth starts, stops, and maintain load stability. For those who have time: What should I consider when selecting a hoist drive?
Should a larger drive be chosen? Yes.
Based on our years of experience and the consensus of experienced
technical personnel in the hoist sector, the recommendation is to select
a model "at least one size larger if possible." Seasonal
conditions can cause temporary deformations or physical factors such as
impacts or breaks in hoist travel paths, which can momentarily increase motor current to peak levels.
+ Please be careful when using devices you're unsure of for hooks!!! No joke!!!
