The main PLC unit provides two communication ports: COM0 and COM1. COM0 has standard RS422 and RS485 modes determined by the JP0 jumper. If the jumper is attached, only the RS422 mode can be used. If the jumper connection is cut, compatibility modes for RS485/422 can be used. The terminal interface of COM0 is a Mini-DIN8 socket. COM1 is default RS485, but the user can connect it.
