Gemo TT107A (temperature +timer controller)

- We have been selling Gemo products on our website since 2013.

- Input supply voltage; 220 volts (24 volt supply must be specified with order)
- Input type ; J type thermocouple - fe-conts, PT100
- Output type ; relay dry contact (must be specified in order for SSR)
- Panel dimensions: 72x72mm

++ When the device is energized;

1- Press the RESET button on the front panel for 3 seconds. If it is pressed continuously for a period of time, the Timer will RESET and the ALARM output will be OFF. OUT OUTPUT (ON-OFF OPERATION MODE)

2- If “H.Hys” value is different from “0”, ON-OFF control form becomes active.

PID PARAMETERS;

- If “H.Hys” value is “0”, PID control form becomes active (only for heating function).

- PbC: Proportional Band Value, indicates the number of degrees before the H.SET value of time proportional operation.

The Proportional Band (H.SET) ends at degrees.

- Ct: control period; 4-10 seconds should be chosen for a good control.

- Ti: Integral time; The difference between the process value and the SET value is compensated by the PID algorithm. The lower the Ti value, the shorter the response time. Extremely low Ti values should be avoided so that the process value does not oscillate.

If the Ti value is 0, the Integral part of the algorithm is ignored, the algorithm runs as P or PD.

- Td: Derivative time; The sudden changes between the process value and the SET value are compensated by the PID algorithm.

As the Td value increases, the sensitivity to sudden changes increases. Therefore, excessively high Td values should be avoided. If the Td value is 0, the Derivative part of the algorithm is ignored, the algorithm works as P or PI.

TRIGGER OF TIMER RELAY (START) AND START OF TIMER COUNT Process Value (PV), SET value (H.SET), Trigger Threshold Adjustment (t.HYS);
- If PV >= (H.SET-t.HYS), Time relay is triggered and time countdown starts. Once the timer is triggered, the countdown continues without being RESET. At the end of the time count, the ALARM output turns ON.

Sample; Let H.SET=180, t.HYS=2. Measurement value; If it is greater than or equal to 180-2=178 oC, the Timer is triggered. For sensor type “Pt.0“, t.HYS is between 1.5 oC ... 5.0 oC. For other sensor types, the t.HYS value is between 1 oC..50 oC. RESET OF TIMER RELAY
