It is a high-performance drive that can be used in a wide range of industrial applications such as pumps, fans, conveyors, and machine tools. The V1000 drive offers advanced features such as high-speed control, high-performance vector control, and a wide range of communication options. It also has multiple protection functions, including overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and overheating protection. The V1000 is available in a variety of models with different power ratings to suit different application requirements.
Yaskawa V1000 is a variable frequency drive (VFD) produced by Yaskawa. It is a highly advanced VFD that offers a wide range of features and options. It can be used in industrial applications such as centrifugal fans and pumps.
The V1000 has a wide range of voltage and power ratings, and it is designed to be rugged and reliable. It offers advanced control options such as V/F control mode and network communication options. The V1000 also has an array of input and output options, including multi-function digital inputs and outputs, as well as analog inputs and outputs.
Additionally, it has a variety of protective features to ensure safe operation, including current-limiting stall prevention and heat sink over-temperature protection. The V1000 also has a number of service conditions that it can operate in, including different temperature and humidity ranges. It also supports open architecture and open connectivity demands with network communication choices such as DeviceNet and Profibus-DP.
The procedure begins by noting the present terminal S6 function selection setting and setting it for the communications test mode. Then the power is turned off, and the drive is wired as shown in the provided figure. The DIP switch S3 is checked and noted, and if it is in the PNP position, it should be set to NPN. After that, the power is turned back on, and the drive will display PASS if the communications test mode is operating normally. If a fault occurs, the drive will display "CE" on the keypad display. Finally, the power supply is turned off, the wire jumpers are removed, the DIP switch S3 is set back to its original position, the terminal S6 is set back to its original function, and normal operation is resumed.
