You can get high vector control and torque performance
at very low frequencies in these series that we offer for some machines
with high motor speed sensitivity. (eg 0.5hz stable 100% output
current)
The power and quality of the hardware used in its manufacture is at a
higher level. It can be used easily in machines that are more resistant
to heat and require very fast start/stop.
It
is indispensable for winding and unwinding machines. As the diameter of
the wrapping circle increases, the hanging force does not decrease.
They can operate with high efficiency in generally accepted open loop/closed loop, real vector applications with/without sensor.
What is the difference of professional speed controller?
- Input power supply; In machine models that do not tolerate loss of speed, possible voltage fluctuations (acceptable -+ 30%) caused by mains lines should not be reflected on the motor side. For example, if the decrease in input feed in a lathe chuck or CNC machine is reflected to the motor, the material may come out wrong. Since professional drivers work in closed loop at this point, they can play with the frequency to keep the engine speed constant and obtain a stable speed.
- Ability to work continuously under maximum load;
Economy-based speed controllers generally cannot operate for a long
time with full output current capacity. In fact, many machine
manufacturers choose one size high driver and use it. In professional
drivers, you can get the crown output power for 24 hours without
interruption.
- Frequency noise generated in the motor;
In inverter-controlled motors, disturbing noises occur depending on the
quality of the device. In professional devices, this sound (related to the ratio of closeness to the sine curve) is negligible.
- Engine control methods; As
you know, not every motor control form is compatible in many machine
applications. At this point, professional drivers should be able to
support formats such as V-F control method, open loop and closed loop foc vector control, independent and dependent torque control.
- Full compliance with environmental conditions; Many business environments can be dusty and humid. Since the surface widths of professional devices are large and the cooling blocks
are manufactured independently from the electronics of the device, they
are less affected by bad ambient conditions. In addition, environmental
heat reduces device efficiency.
- Protection standards; One of the most important protection problems
is the combustion of motors in two phases. Because economical series
drivers do not measure each output phase separately. In professional
devices, on the other hand, by measuring the motor arm currents one by
one, they can easily detect cable breakage, motor scorching or other
malfunctions, which are very likely to occur.
- Control input-output richness;
Depending on the machine, ac driver and additional modules need both
digital inputs and electronic and relay outputs. On the other hand, the
same demands are clearly present in the analog control part. Professional drivers must have 6+ digital inputs, at least 1 of which is high speed, and 3+ digital outputs.
- International electromagnetic standards;
There are many global standards that high-frequency devices must have.

- Built-in programs; Professional drivers should have built-in plc programs if possible. This feature provides economy and flexibility as well as ease of use for small diameter machines.
- Prevalence of warranty and service;
Especially for the machines produced abroad, there should be offices
that provide supply and service for the device you use in the countries
where it will go.
You can add many customized functions because they have built-in ladder PLC program.
However, if you do not have such functional applications, it is useful to choose the Standard series, which are more affordable.
