- The torque detection level at F610 or more and maintain F615 during a predetermined period.
Remedy:
- Increase the deceleration time DEC.
OH 0010 Overheat
- The cooling fan does not rotate.
- The ambient temperature is too high.
- The vent is blocked up.
- A heat-generating device is installed close to the inverter.
Remedies:
- The fan requires replacement if it does not rotate during operation.
- Restart the operation by resetting the inverter after it has cooled down.
- Secure sufficient space around the inverter.
- Do not place any heat-generating device near the inverter.
OH2 002E Thermal trip stop command from external device
- A thermal trip command (input terminal function: 4C or 1) is issued by an external control device.
Remedies:
- The motor is overheated, so check whether the current of the motor exceeds the rated current.
E Emergency stop
- During automatic operation or remote operation, a stop command is entered from the operation panel or a remote input device.
Remedies:
- If the emergency stop signal is input, reset after releasing this signal.
EEP1 0012 EEPROM fault 1
- A data writing error occurs.
Remedies:
- Turn off the inverter, then turn it on again. If it does not recover from the error, contact your Toshiba distributor.
EEP2 0013 EEPROM fault 2
- Power supply is cut off during EEPROM operation and data writing is aborted.
- The error occurred when various data was written.
Remedies:
- Turn the power off temporarily and turn it back on, and then try EEPROM operation again.
- Write the data again. Contact your Toshiba distributor if it occurs frequently.
EEP3 0014 EEPROM fault 3
- A data reading error occurred.
Remedies:
- Turn off the inverter, then turn it on again. If it does not recover from the error, contact your Toshiba distributor.

- An optional device has failed.
Remedies:
- Contact your Toshiba distributor.
Err9 001C Remote keypad disconnection fault
- After run signal is activated by RUN key of the remote keypad, disconnection is occurred in 10 seconds or more.
Remedies:
- Check the remote keypad for loose connection. Contact your Toshiba distributor if the problem persists.
UC 001D Low-current operation trip
- The output current decreased to a low-current detection level during operation.
Remedies:
- Enable F610 (low-current detection) and check the settings for F608, F611, and F612.
