Hi everyone,
    When a problem occurs, diagnose according to the table below. If parts replacement is necessary or the problem cannot be resolved with the solutions listed in the table, contact your Toshiba distributor.

Error Code: EF 2
    Problem: Ground fault
    Possible Causes:
+ Parameter P−6P−6 is set and a high-speed motor is connected.
+ There is a ground fault in the output cable or motor.
+ Excessive current in dynamic braking resistor.
    Solutions:
+ Check cables and motor for ground faults.
+ Increase deceleration time DECDEC.
+ Set supply voltage correction F302F302 to 0.

Error Code: SOut
    Problem: Step-out (for PM motor driver only)
    Possible Causes:
+ Motor shaft is locked.
+ An output phase is open.
+ A pulse load has been applied.
+ DC braking function.
    Solutions:
+ Unlock the motor shaft.
+ Check the connection cables between the inverter and motor.
+ Extend acceleration/deceleration time.
+ Disable the step-out function when using servo lock.

Error Code: ELP YP
    Problem: Inverter type error
    Possible Causes:
+ There may be a fault failure.
    Solutions:
+ Contact your Toshiba distributor.

Error Code: E-13
    Problem: Over-speed error
    Possible Causes:
+ Input voltage fluctuates abnormally.
+ Over-speed error due to over-voltage limit operation.
    Solutions:
+ Install an optional dynamic braking resistor (optional).

Error Code: E-18
    Problem: Analog input cutoff detection error
    Possible Causes:
+ Input signal from V1 to C2 is below F633F633 setting or less.
    Solutions:
+ Check input signal level and wiring.

Error Code: E-19
    Problem: CPU communication error
    Possible Causes:
+ A communication error occurs between control CPUs.
    Solutions:
+ Check the control PCB and re-establish communication.

Error Code: OLF
    Problem: Over torque increase error
    Possible Causes:
+ Automatic torque increase parameter F402F402 setting is too high.
+ Motor impedance is low.
    Solutions:
+ Set a lower automatic torque increase parameter value or disable it.

Error Code: Erc7
    Problem: CPU error 2
    Possible Causes:
+ Control CPU is faulty.
    Solutions:
+ Contact your Toshiba distributor.

Error Code: Erc8
    Problem: Optional unit error 2
    Possible Causes:
+ An optional device is faulty.
    Solutions:
+ Contact your Toshiba distributor.

Error Code: Erc9
    Problem: Internal circuit error
    Possible Causes:
+ Internal circuit is faulty.
    Solutions:
+ Contact your Toshiba distributor.

Error Code: E-31
    Problem: Main power On/Off heavy cycling
    Possible Causes:
+ Main power On/Off is frequently performed during operation.
+ If caused by other reasons, there may be a startup error.
    Solutions:
+ Reduce the frequency of main power On/Off during operation.

Error Code: E-32
    Problem: PTC error
    Possible Causes:
+ PTC thermal protection is activated.
    Solutions:
+ Check the PTC in the motor.

Error Code: E-37
    Problem: Servo lock error
    Possible Causes:
+ Motor shaft did not lock during servo lock operation.
    Solutions:
+ Reduce load during servo lock operation.
