Omron 3G3MV VFD

Dear colleagues, hello
The Omron SYSDRIVE 3G3MV series of variable frequency drives (VFDs) are compact, powerful inverters that are easy to use and provide high-torque operation at low speeds. They are compatible with fieldbus networks and support RS-422 and RS-485 communications. The 3G3MV inverters also feature sensor-free vector control, 150% torque at 1 Hz, an easy-to-use digital operator for speed control, energy-saving and PID control functions, high-speed current limit function, inrush current preventive circuit, and easy-to-use cooling fans. Additionally, they are of a compact and light construction, and meet CE and UL/cUL standards. They are suitable for various applications such as conveyor speed control and fan control for air conditioning equipment.
The 3G3MV series VFDs also have a variety of advanced control functions that can be used to improve the performance and energy efficiency of a motor-driven system. These include:
Automatic voltage regulation (AVR): This function automatically adjusts the voltage supplied to the motor based on the load, which can help to improve the system's energy efficiency.
Automatic torque boost (ATB): This function temporarily increases the torque output of the VFD to help the motor overcome high load conditions, such as when starting up a heavy load.
Automatic restart after power failure: This function automatically restarts the VFD and motor after a power failure, which can help to reduce downtime and improve system reliability.
Automatic carrier frequency adjustment: This function automatically adjusts the carrier frequency of the VFD to help reduce harmonic distortion and improve the system's power factor.
Automatic slip compensation: This function automatically adjusts the VFD's output frequency to compensate for the difference between the motor's rated speed and its actual speed, which can help to improve the system's overall performance and efficiency.
Furthermore, the 3G3MV series VFDs are also equipped with a variety of built-in protection functions that can help to protect the VFD, motor, and system from damage. These include overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, and overheat protection. Also, the VFDs are available in a wide range of power ratings and voltage classes, making them suitable for a wide variety of applications.
