DF6 VFD

The Klockner Moeller DF6 VFD operates with a supply voltage of 3 x 400 V, 50/60 Hz and has a power range from 0.75 kW to 132 kW (at 400 V). It is suitable for various applications such as fans, pumps, material handling and conveyor belts, drive systems, drilling and milling machines, mixers and agitators, extruders, and elevator and crane systems. It is appropriate for speed control of three-phase motors.
Features of the DF6 Drive include monitoring of motor current and automatic voltage control along with a preset V/f control ranging from 0.1 Hz to 360 Hz. It has a starting torque factor of 1.2 for 60 s every 600 s, an integrated braking transistor up to 15 kW, parameter definition of digital and analog inputs and outputs, three relays (changeover contacts), PTC thermistor input, sensorless vector control, automatic tuning (motor parameter), and a 32-bit processor. Full torque can be utilized nearly at 0 Hz in open loop. Additionally, it offers a starting torque factor of 1.5 for 60 s every 600 s and approximately 200% starting torque, with an integrated braking transistor up to 11 kW, parameter definition of digital and analog inputs and outputs, one relay (changeover contact), and PTC thermistor input.
Additional features of the DF6 VFD include a keypad with socketed potentiometer, PID closed-loop controller, RS-485 and RS-422 interface, PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus interface (internal mounting option), user macro memory, automatic energy-saving mode, and global standards (CE, UL, c-UL, CSA, cTick).
