Er.122 - Product Mismatch Error in Absolute Position Mode
Fault Code Description:
Er.122 indicates that the motor used in absolute position mode is either incompatible or the motor’s serial number (SN) is incorrectly set. This error occurs when the motor used does not have an absolute encoder feature or when the motor serial number is not properly configured.
Causes:
The motor used in absolute position mode is incompatible:
- This error may occur if the motor is not a multi-turn absolute encoder motor.
The motor SN (serial number) is incorrectly set:
- This error is triggered when the SN value (H00-00 parameter) of the motor is incorrectly configured.
Troubleshooting and Solutions:
Motor incompatible in absolute position mode:
- Troubleshooting Method: Check the motor label to verify if it is a multi-turn absolute encoder motor.
- Solution: If the motor is incompatible, replace it with a suitable motor according to the label information.
Motor SN is incorrectly set:
- Troubleshooting Method: Verify that the H00-00 (motor SN) parameter is correctly configured.
- Solution: Set the H00-00 parameter according to the motor’s label information.
Summary:
Er.122 error occurs when the motor is incompatible in absolute position mode or the motor serial number is incorrectly set. The solution is to ensure the settings match the motor label and replace the motor if necessary.
Er.130 - The Same Function is Assigned to Different Digital Inputs (DIs)
Fault Code Description:
Er.130 occurs when the same function is assigned to different digital inputs (DIs). This error can apply to both hardware DIs and virtual DIs. Assigning the same function to multiple DIs can cause conflicts in control operations.
Causes:
The same function is assigned to multiple DIs:
- This error is triggered if the same function is assigned to multiple DIs in the H03 (from H03-02 to H03-20) and H17 (from H17-00 to H17-30) parameter groups.
DI function number exceeds the number of available DI functions:
- The DI function number may exceed the number of available DI functions in the system.
Troubleshooting and Solutions:
The same function is assigned to multiple DIs:
- Troubleshooting Method: Check the H03-02 to H03-20 and H17-00 to H17-30 parameter groups to ensure that the same function is not assigned to multiple DIs.
- Solution: Reassign different functions to the DIs where the same function has been assigned. Afterward, reconnect the control power source or turn off the S-ON signal and reset the signal to activate the changes.
DI function number exceeds the number of DI functions:
- Troubleshooting Method: Verify if the MCU program is up to date.
- Solution: Restore default settings (H02-31 = 1) and restart the servo drive.
Summary:
Er.130 error results from assigning the same function to multiple digital inputs or exceeding the number of available DI functions. To resolve this, reconfigure the DIs with different functions and restart the system to activate the changes.
Er.131 - The Number of DO Functions Exceeds the Limit
Fault Code Description:
Er.131 indicates that the number of digital output (DO) functions assigned exceeds the system-defined limit. This error occurs when the assigned DO functions exceed the maximum number supported by the servo drive.
Causes:
DO function number exceeds the limit:
- The number of assigned DO functions exceeds the maximum allowed by the servo drive.
Troubleshooting and Solutions:
DO function number exceeds the limit:
- Troubleshooting Method: Verify if the MCU program is up to date. An outdated program may prevent the correct definition of function limits.
- Solution: Restore default settings (H02-31 = 1) and restart the servo drive. This will help redefine the function limits correctly.
Summary:
Er.131 error occurs when the number of digital output functions exceeds the defined limit. The solution is to restore default settings and restart the servo drive. If the issue persists, updating the MCU program may be necessary.
