INVT PLC Programming Software
This page provides the programming software and technical resources for INVT IVC series PLCs. The software can be used to create, edit and manage PLC projects for supported IVC controllers.
The software is intended for the following PLC families:
- IVC1
- IVC1L
- IVC1S
- IVC2
- IVC2L
- IVC3

Note: Before creating or downloading a project, select the correct PLC family and CPU model. Using the wrong CPU configuration can result in incorrect I/O addressing, unsupported instructions or communication problems.
PLC Project Management
The INVT PLC programming environment can be used to organize the main program, subroutines, I/O assignments and machine-control logic within a single project.
Typical project functions include:
- Main program and subprogram organization
- I/O address management
- Program compilation and error checking
- Searching for instructions and device addresses
- Configuration of expansion and special-function modules
- Uploading and downloading PLC projects
Supported Programming Methods
Depending on the IVC series and software version, the programming environment supports several PLC programming formats, including:
- LAD - Ladder Diagram
- IL - Instruction List
- SFC - Sequential Function Chart
These methods can be used for applications ranging from basic relay-style logic to sequential machine-control operations.
PID and Special Functions
The software also provides configuration tools for more advanced control functions. For example, PID control parameters and the associated process inputs and outputs can be prepared within the PLC project.
Expansion Module Configuration
When digital, analog or temperature expansion modules are used, the corresponding module configuration should be checked in the PLC project before commissioning.
Before Downloading a Program to the PLC
- Confirm the complete PLC model number.
- Make sure the correct CPU family is selected in the project.
- If the PLC is already installed on a working machine, back up the existing program first where possible.
- Check the communication cable and selected programming port.
- Compile the project and correct programming errors before downloading.
- Review how program changes may affect machine outputs and mechanical movement.
