Choose the right touchscreen panel

Assess screen size, resolution and panel cutout dimensions together. The PLC make/model and communication protocol must match a device driver supported by the panel. Check the available RS232, RS485 and Ethernet ports and supply voltage for each model. Editor software and project compatibility determine whether an existing application can be transferred. Touchscreen operating conditions, front-face protection and operating temperature must suit the installation; check the manufacturer's guidance if operation with gloves is required.

Review each product's price, availability, software and technical support information. If your required panel is not listed, provide the relevant seller with the PLC model, protocol, supply voltage, panel cutout dimensions and required display functions.
