- Alarm SET Setting: AL.tY = Abs,-Abs; Lo.L .. UP.L oC (A.Set)
- Control Period: 1 .. 200 sec (Ct)
- Display: 4 Digits 7 Segment PV, 4 Digits 7 Segment SV
- Sensor type: T/C (J,K,T,S,R), Pt100, optional - multi input + Nicr-Ni sensor.
If H.Hys” value is “0”, PID control form becomes active (only for heating function).- PbC:Proportional Band Value, indicates how many degrees before time proportional operation will start to H.SET value.
The Proportional Band (H.SET) ends at degrees.-
Ct: Control period; 1 - 10 seconds should be selected for good control.- Ti: Integration time; The difference between the process value and the SET value is compensated by the PID algorithm. The lower the Ti value, the shorter the response time. Too low to avoid oscillation of the process value
Ti values should be avoided. If Ti is 0, the Integral part of the algorithm is ignored; algorithm works as P or PD.-
Td: Derivative time; The sudden changes between the process value and the SET value are compensated by the PID algorithm.
As the Td value increases, the sensitivity to sudden changes increases. Therefore, excessively high Td values should be avoided. If the Td value is 0, the Derivative part of the algorithm is ignored; algorithm works as P or PI.
