Teco TP03 PLC is the latest generation PLC developed by TAIAN plc.
The high speed and high quality programmable logic controller has the following features:
- High execution time; Basic instructions: 0.31us / step (ANDB), 0.45us / step (LD)
- Large memory capacity; Program memory capacity: 8 ~ 16k steps. The product includes operating instructions, ADD / SUB / MUL / DIV… etc. It has integrated basic and application instructions such as Trigonometry instructions as SIN / COS / TAN…, matrix input and other instructions such as C input, 7 segment output and PID.
- Flexible expansion capability Basic units: 20/30/40/60 point types, expandable up to max 256 digital points. 60/10 (12-bit) analog input/output
>> 3 communication ports and 3 communication functions (please refer to Chapter 3: communication port for details) all are available for the Base unit. Using any of these can create a network. The PC/PDA port is for uploading/downloading the program to/from TP03.

Computer connection: ONE computer can control up to 255 TP03.
Data link: When one TP03 is set as master, it can control 15 other TP03. Each slave can receive a maximum of (64 bits + 8 words) × 15 data. Remote I/O: TP03 is set as master; It can control up to 4 other TP03s.
Each slaver has MAX input 36 points: output 24 points:
Built-in module available for RTC, PWM, RUN / STOP switch, two VR (potentiometer), flash memory and product A / D, D / A expansion modules and so on
>> Built-in high-speed 100K pulse output, which can control the servo controller.
High speed counter: Max speed 100Khz single phase, the counter has two/single phase high speed and interrupt input function which enables precise control of pulse input signal from encoder.
TP03 series products have the same height: 90mm.
The TP03 is very easy to use for those who use the Mitsubishi FX series.
Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, EtherNet (TCP / IP) communication module is optional
Terminal block pluggable (40/60 point type only), Din rail installation
PDA editing software (programming language: instruction list, IL)
TP02 expansion modules are available for TP02
Three programming languages Ladder, Boolean and SFC are available for the TP03.
The system program can be updated directly by the controller.
