The advanced series digital indicator is the DERELL DGI-44-R-A, powered by a 220V AC supply. The product's mounting dimensions can be viewed from the image.

Supported input signals are as follows:

• (0-10V) >> Typically used to connect to the analog output of speed control devices. However, it can measure all 0-10V DC voltages and can be directly connected to the potentiometers of inverters.

• (0-1V) >> Can be used as a load-cell and humidity indicator. You can read very low voltages here, but LOADCELL cannot be directly connected.

• (0-20mA) >> Used to read signals from inverter analog outputs and other sensors.

• (4-20mA) >> Can read from current inputs.

You can calibrate all input data according to your intended use, including decimal point configuration, and filter the input signal. There are 2 relay outputs by default. These can be assigned for alarm triggers (e.g. high or low threshold), relative or proportional thresholds. Output logic is ON/OFF, no PID feature exists in this model.

If the analog input drops or fluctuates, you can compensate using the OFFSET function for better data consistency.

Important: This model does not supply voltage to sensors. For +VDC-requiring applications (e.g. pressure transmitters), use external 24/12VDC supply or a product from the DEIP Series.

++ The DGI analog controller is designed for industrial machine environments. Its galvanic isolation allows stable operation next to power supplies, inverters, and servo drivers in the same panel.

Editor's Note: The DGI Series is more than sufficient for typical applications. The biggest strength is its STABLE PERFORMANCE. The common nuisance of flickering digits does not occur. Its reading algorithm is fast and precise. With dual-line display (PV + SV simultaneously) and two relay outputs, the DGI becomes a powerful, even cost-effective solution compared to others. This is my honest opinion: You won’t regret using it.
