• Main Features
Supported Sensors: K, E, J, F, T, S, R, B, N, P, T100 (See Specifications tab for max range)
Reads all sensor types with decimal resolution (advanced processor)
If the sensor fails or disconnects, the system continues heating at a fixed rate
OFFSET function compensates deviations due to installation location or cable length
• Heating & Cooling
Both functions are supported. Cooling can activate if temperature exceeds the setpoint. (View cooling/heating scenarios)
• Control Method
PID, Auto-tune PID, ON-OFF – Ensures precise control, even at 0.1°C (More on PID)
• Outputs
1 SSR and 1 Relay outputs: Main output for heating/cooling, second one assignable (alarm, band, etc.)
Analog / PWM Output: Not available. Consider DSPRO series if needed.
• Display & Accuracy
Display: Dual-screen, 4-digit, 7-segment LED
Accuracy: ±0.3% FS
Optional: Hide setpoint values, password-protect set limits
• Communication
Modbus RTU (RS485): Optional (select during order)
Compatible with external PLCs / HMIs: Siemens, Delta, Weintek etc.

This device is intended for industrial environments only. Not certified for military, medical or marine use.
Galvanically isolated – compatible with in-panel devices like VFDs and SMPS.

• Editor’s Note
I first thought this was just another temperature controller. But after installing it in a few systems, my opinion changed. The DGS series offers much more than expected.
In real industrial conditions like ovens and injection machines, the controller stayed stable even under rapid changes. PID is responsive and precise, with minimal overshoot.
What I like most: the menu is clean, auto-tuning is reliable, relay outputs are strong, and the display is easy to read.
It doesn't crash under power disturbances and handles switching cleanly. That’s true reliability.
Bottom line: I no longer look elsewhere in this category. For general and even professional heating control, this model delivers.
