Yaskawa P7 Fault codes 3

OPR Operator Connection Error
The drive stops when commanded to operate via the digital operator if the digital operator is removed
Digital operator not plugged in or digital operator connector is broken
Plug in the digital operator
Check the digital operator connector
Verify setting o2-06

OV DC Bus Over Voltage
208-240Vac: Trigger point ≥ 400Vdc
480Vac: Trigger point ≥ 800Vdc
High input voltage at R/L1, S/L2, and T/L3
Check the input circuit and reduce input power within specifications
Deceleration time set too short
Extend the time in C1-02
Power factor correction capacitors are used at the drive's input
Remove the power factor correction capacitors

PF Input Phase Loss
An open phase or a large imbalance in input voltage exists in the drive's input power supply
Open phase at the drive's input
Check input voltage
Loose terminal screws at R/L1, S/L2, or T/L3
Tighten terminal screws
Instantaneous power loss occurred
Check input voltage
The input voltage fluctuation is too large
Check input voltage
Parameter L8-06 value is set incorrectly
Verify that parameter L8-06 is set correctly according to the kVA tables on pages B-4 and B-5
Set L8-06 according to your application
A higher value becomes less sensitive
WARNING: Changing this parameter from the factory default setting can cause Drive failure and may void the product warranty (Consult the factory for application assistance).

PUF DC BUS Fuse Open
Detects that the DC Bus fuse has opened
Short-circuited output transistor(s) or terminals
Turn off power to the Drive
Disconnect the motor
Perform the checks in Table 6.6 with no power
Replace short-circuited component(s)
Replace the faulty fuse

RH Dynamic Brake Resistor
Protection of the dynamic brake resistor according to setting L8-01
Braking load, extended dynamic braking duty cycle, faulty dynamic brake resistor
Verify dynamic braking duty cycle
Monitor DC bus voltage
Replace the dynamic brake resistor

RR Dynamic Brake Transistor
Dynamic brake transistor malfunctioned
Short-circuited dynamic brake transistor, high DC bus voltage, faulty dynamic brake

UV1 DC BUS Low Voltage
DC BUS voltage ≤ L2-05
208-240Vac: Trigger point ≤ 190Vdc
480Vac: Trigger point ≤ 380Vdc
Low input voltage at R/L1, S/L2, and T/L3
Check the input circuit and increase input power within specifications
Acceleration time set too short
Extend the time in C1-01
The input power voltage fluctuation is too large
Check input voltage

UV2 Control Power Supply Low Voltage
Low voltage of the control circuit while operating
External load connected that reduces the drive power supplies
Power cycle the drive ON and OFF
Repair or replace Power PCB/Gate Driver PCB
Remove all control wiring and test the Drive

UV3 Soft Charge Circuit Error
The precharge contactor opened while the Drive is operating
Contacts of the soft charge contactor are dirty and the soft charge contactor is not functioning mechanically
Power cycle the drive ON and OFF
Check the condition of the soft charge contactor
Repair or replace Power PCB/Gate Driver PCB

WARNING
Some features within the PI function group shut down the Drive instantaneously (e.g., Sleep Function, Nap Function, Feedback Loss feature, etc.) When you enable these features, take appropriate measures to inform personnel working with this equipment that unexpected start-up may occur.
