    Pre-Alarms:
+ A trip cannot be reset while any of the following pre-alarms occur:
- Inverter overload alarm → See item 1.
- Motor overload alarm → See item 1.
- Power circuit element overload alarm → See item 1.
- Braking resistor overload alarm → See item 1.
- Overheat alarm → See item 2.
- Power circuit overvoltage alarm → See item 3.
- PTC alarm → Refer to [13.1] "E-32" trip. If PTC is not used, set <F637>=1, <F638>=1, <F645>=1.

Motor Runs in the Wrong Direction
+ Incorrect phase sequence of the output terminals [U/T1], [V/T2], and [W/T3].
+ Fwd/Rev run signals are input inversely in the terminal run.
+ Incorrect setting of <Fr: Panel Fwd/Rev run select> in panel run.

+ Invert the phases of the output terminals [U/T1], [V/T2], and [W/T3].
+ Reverse the Fwd/Rev run signal terminals of the external input device (refer to section [7.2]).
+ Correct the <Fr> setting.

Motor Runs But Frequency Does Not Change
+ The load is too large.
+ The overload stall function is activated.
+ <FH: Maximum frequency> and <UL: Upper limit frequency> are set too low.
+ The analog signal value in the frequency command is small.
+ Large torque boost value at low speed.

+ Reduce the load.
+ Disable the overload stall function in <OLM: Motor overload protection characteristic>, and reduce the load (refer to section [5.2.5]).
+ Increase the settings of <FH: Maximum frequency> and <UL: Upper limit frequency>.
+ Check the value of the signal, circuit, wiring, and characteristics of the analog signal (refer to section [7.3]).
+ Adjust <vb: Manual torque boost 1> and <ACC: Acceleration time 1> if overcurrent or overload alarms occur (refer to sections [5.3.6] and [5.2.4]).

Motor Does Not Accelerate or Decelerate Smoothly

> Cause: <ACC: Acceleration time 1> or <dEC: Deceleration time 1> is set too short.
Measure: Increase the value of these parameters.

Too Much Current Flows Into the Motor
+ The load is too large.
+ Large torque boost value at low speed.

+ Reduce the load.
+ Check if <vb: Manual torque boost 1> is too large (refer to section [5.3.6]).

Motor Runs at a Higher or Lower Speed Than Specified
+ Improper motor voltage rating.
+ Motor terminal voltage is too low.
+ Incorrect reduction gear ratio.
+ Incorrect frequency command settings.

+ Use a motor with the proper voltage rating.
+ Check the setting of <vLv: Base frequency voltage 1> (refer to section [5.2.2]).
+ Change to a larger wire size.
+ Adjust the reduction gear ratio.
+ Verify the frequency command value and range.
+ Adjust <vL: Base frequency 1> to match the motor (refer to section [5.2.2]).

Motor Speed Fluctuates During Run
+ Large or fluctuating load.
+ Insufficient inverter or motor capacity.
+ Fluctuating frequency command.
+ Improper vector control settings when <Pt: V/f Pattern> is set to "3" or "9".

+ Reduce load fluctuations.
+ Upgrade to a larger capacity inverter and motor.
+ Check for changes in the frequency command, such as the analog signal.
+ Verify motor parameters and vector control settings (refer to section [5.3.4]).

Parameter Settings Cannot Be Changed
+ <F700: Parameter reading & writing access lockout> is set to "1" to "4" (Locked).
+ Password is set with <F738: Password setting>.
+ Input terminal functions "200" to "203" are assigned to a digital input terminal, and the terminal is ON.
+ Some parameters are restricted from being changed during operation for safety reasons.

+ Set <F700> to "0: Unlocked".
+ Enter the password in <F739: Password verification> to unlock (refer to section [6.34.1]).
+ Turn off the applicable input terminal.
+ Refer to section [6.34.1] for safety restrictions on parameter changes.

Inverter Does Not Operate as Expected

Measure: Confirm that parameters are set as intended.

Forget Parameters That Have Been Reset

Measure: Use "Changed parameters search & edit <GrU>" to find all changed parameters (refer to section [4.2.1]).

Return All Changed Parameters to Default Settings

Measure: Restore all parameters to their default settings (refer to section [5.3.9]).

Managing Parameters

Memo: Use PCM002Z to check and manage your parameters efficiently.

Connection Message and Solutions

Connecting - Connection Abnormality Between Operation Panel and Control CPU
+ Cause: Incorrect connection or communication abnormality between the operation panel and control CPU.
+ Advice:
- Check the connection between the operation panel and inverter body to ensure it is secure.
- If using an extended cable, verify its integrity and connections.
- Multi-drop connection is not supported for the operation panel; ensure a single connection.
- Review parameter settings <F801> to <F809> for correctness.
