    EF2 34 (0x0022) - Grounding Fault
+ Causes:
- Grounding fault occurred in the output wiring or the motor.
- Fault may occur during rapid acceleration/deceleration.
+ Advice:
- Check for grounding faults in the output wiring and motor.
- Increase the acceleration/deceleration time using <ACC/dEC acceleration/deceleration time 1>.

    EPHI 8 (0x0008) - Input Phase Loss
+ Cause: Failure in the input side phase.
+ Advice: Check for any phase failure in the input wiring.

    EPHO 9 (0x0009) - Output Phase Loss
+ Causes:
- Failure in the output side phase.
- Output current is significantly low (less than 8% of the motor's rated current).
+ Advice:
- Check for phase failure in the output wiring.
- If using a PM motor (<F915> = "3", "4"), "EPHO" may occur regardless of <F605> settings. Consider setting <F605> to 0.
