Toshiba VF-PS1 Fault codes 1

nOFF: Low Voltage in Main Circuit

The supply voltage between R, S, and T is low.

There may be an issue with the current limiting circuit or DC circuit fuse.

    Solutions:
Measure the main circuit supply voltage. If the voltage is at normal levels, the inverter needs repair.
        Call for service.

rtry: Retry

The inverter is in the restart process.

    A momentary pause has occurred.

    Solutions:
If the inverter restarts after a few seconds, this is normal. The inverter will automatically restart. Be cautious, as the machine may suddenly restart.

Err1: Set Point Alarm

The frequency setting signals at points 1 and 2 are set too close to each other.

Solution: Increase the distance between the frequency setting signals at points 1 and 2.

Clr: Clear Activation Notification

This message is displayed when the STOP button is pressed while the error code is shown. The RES signal in the input terminal is open during trip display.

    Solutions:
Press the STOP button again to clear the trip.
Close the RES signal in the input terminal.

EoFF: Emergency Stop Activation Notification

The operation panel is used to stop operation in automatic control or remote control mode.

Solution: Press the STOP button to initiate an emergency stop. To cancel the emergency stop, press another button.

HiLd: Setting Error Alarm

An error occurred during data reading or writing. The error code and data are alternately displayed twice.

Solution: Ensure the settings are correct.

OFF: ST Signal Off

The ST terminal (the terminal assigned to the ST function) is open.

Solution: Close the ST terminal (the terminal assigned to the ST function) to the CC circuit.

PrF: PWR Signal Off

    The PWR terminal is open.

    Solution: Close the PWR-P24 circuit.

CFF: Control Power Backup Low Voltage Error

The control voltage between +SU and CC terminals is too low.

Control power is not supplied via +SU and CC terminals.

Parameter F647 is not set correctly.

    Solutions:
Check if the voltage between +SU and CC terminals is DC20V or higher.
Set parameter F647 to 0 (if the control power backup device is not used).
If a CFF error occurs, even if the voltage between +SU and CC terminals returns to normal, the inverter will not automatically reset. To reset the inverter, turn it off and on again.

OC1 - OCP1P: Overcurrent During Acceleration

The acceleration time (ACC) is too short.

    The V/f setting is incorrect.

The motor is restarted after a short stop.

A special motor (e.g., a motor with low impedance) is being used.

The manual torque boost value (υb) is high.

    Solutions:
        Increase the acceleration time (ACC).
        Check the V/f parameter settings.
Use the UuS (automatic restart) and UuC (regenerative power transition control) functions.
        Increase the carrier frequency (CF).
        Reduce the υb setting value.
Lower the FF setting (stall prevention level) to 130.
Increase the CF setting (if the carrier frequency is 2kHz or lower).

OC2 - OC2P: Overcurrent During Deceleration

The deceleration time (dEC) is too short.

Solution: Increase the deceleration time (dEC).

OC3 - OC3P: Overcurrent During Constant Speed

    The load is fluctuating suddenly.

The load is in an abnormal condition.

    Solutions:
        Reduce load fluctuations.
        Check the load (working machine).
