Silicon PTC thermistor temperature sensor features:
There is a nearly constant TK (temperature coefficient) in silicon temperature sensors over the entire temperature range. Temperature coefficient: α25/50 ≥0.7%/C.

    Excellent long-term stability, annual deviation rate ≤0.01C/year, and temperature shifts are absorbed throughout the working life of the silicon temperature sensor.
    Temperature measurement range: -55C to +150C. It can go up to +180C with a special case type.
    The following PTC thermistors for temperature sensors can withstand more than +200C without damage.
    Thermal time constant: maximum 21 seconds in still air.
    Dispersal factor: 1.5mW/C.min.
    Insulation resistance: 100 million ohms min. (DC=100V)
    Maximum operating current: 8mA. Nominal operating current: 2mA.
    Nominal power: max 50mW max.
    25C 600 ohm, 1000 ohm, 1600 ohm, 2000 ohm typical resistance. Other R25 resistances, such as 200 ohm, 3000 ohm, 4000 ohm, can be made upon request.
