Omron 3G3LX fault codes

Sequencing Errors

There is a special family of errors not directly related to hardware issues. These errors are flexible and can be configured to behave either as standard inverter faults or as specific sequencing errors, which can be reported separately to the elevator controller.

Main Sequencing Errors:
E81: Speed Reference Error – High speed was recalled after creep operation.
E82: Contactor Control Error – Feedback signal from contactor does not match the expected signal.
E83: Brake Control Error – Brake confirmation signal does not match the expected signal.
E95: NFS Input Not Available – NFS operation is incorrect for relative positioning.
E97: Run Command Requested While GS Active – Run command requested when inverter is in safety (GS) state.
E98: Elevator Movement Timeout – Elevator does not move within a set period after receiving the Up/Down signal.
E99: Brake Release Conditions Not Met – Brake release conditions are not met within a certain time at the start of the sequence.
