Omron 3G3JE VFD
The Omron EasySpeed 3G3JE series is a compact and simplified variable frequency drive (VFD) inverter with easy installation features. It has a compact size of 55mm for all models ranging from 0.1 to 0.4 kW and can be installed using DIN Track without the need for mounting brackets. The VFD can be mounted side-by-side with a maximum ambient temperature of 45°C. The main circuits are easy to wire and models with CompoWay/F communications are also available.
The control mode can be easily set by selecting an application, and it has a built-in inrush current suppression circuit and an accumulated operating time function for preventive maintenance. It also has the ability to handle temperature controller voltage output signals and conforms to international standards such as CE (TÜV certified).
Additionally, there are also optional accessories available such as a fan unit (3G3JE-PFAN2004) to replace the existing cooling fan in the inverter, an input noise filter (3G3AX-NFI22) to suppress noise entering the inverter from the power line, and a external frequency set signal, time-proportional pulse input and has multiple protection function such as Motor protection, Instantaneous overcurrent protection, Overcurrent protection, Overvoltage protection, Undervoltage protection, Momentary power interruption restart selection, Radiation fin overheating, Grounding protection, Charge indicator. VFD can be used in inside a control panel with no corrosive gas, dust, etc. ,with an ambient operating temperature range of -10 to 50°C, ambient operating humidity of 5% to 85%, shipping and storage temperature range of -20 to 60°C, and altitude limit of 1,000 m max.
