About Omron SYSDRIVE 3G3FV VFD;
The Omron 3G3FV VFD is a special-purpose inverter produced by Omron Corporation. It provides a balance between performance, versatility, and simplicity. With its unique vector control technology, it can deliver up to 150% torque from a standstill in closed loop and at least 100% torque at 1 Hz in open loop. The plain-text LCD, intuitive menu structure, and built-in auto-tuning function ensure user-friendliness.
The operating frequency range is 1/100 to 400 Hz. It can start easily even from 1/100 low speed without a PG and can generate 150% or more torque at 0 Hz with a PG. The True Flux Vector Control allows DC-like performance or higher with a standard AC motor. The 3G3FV also has a built-in torque limit function and built-in auto-tuning function, which allows flux vector control to operate accurately with virtually any normal AC induction motor regardless of the supplier.
The Omron 3G3FV VFD also features a built-in auto-tuning function, which eliminates the need for manual setting of motor constants and allows the use of any normal AC induction motor, regardless of the supplier. This feature allows for accurate flux vector control operation and eliminates the limitation of motor types and difficulty in setting motor constants.

The 3G3FV also has a plain-text LCD display, a user-friendly menu structure, and built-in auto-tuning function, which ensures easy operation and setup. The acceleration and deceleration time can be set between 0.0 to 999 seconds separately. The braking torque is approximately 20% and can be increased to 125% to 220% when braking resistor is externally installed.
