Hcfa LX1S Plc
HCFA-LX1S is a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) that operates using a cyclic operation method by stored program, utilizing an interrupt instruction. It employs a batch processing method for I/O control (when the END instruction is executed), I/O refresh instruction, and pulse catch function. The programming language used is a relay symbolic language combined with a step ladder, allowing for the creation of an SFC (Sequential Function Chart) style program.
The program memory capacity of the HCFA-LX1S is a built-in 2k steps EEPROM, with a maximum of 2k steps, including comments and file register. The device supports 20,000 rewrite times. Additionally, an optional device called TX1N-EEPROM-8L is available, offering 8k steps of EEPROM and up to 10,000 rewrite times.
HCFA-LX1S includes 27 sequence instructions and 2 step ladder instructions, with a total of 85 kinds of applied instructions. The basic instruction operation processing time is between 0.55 to 0.7 microseconds per instruction, while the processing time for applied instructions ranges from several microseconds to several hundred microseconds, ensuring efficient and fast operation.
The device features 16 input points (X000-X017) and 14 output points (Y000-Y017) in octal format. It also offers a variety of auxiliary relays, state relays, timers (including on-delay timers), counters, data registers, file registers, pointers, and constants, all of which are detailed in the relevant tables.
The HCFA-LX1S uses input and timer interrupts for operation control. It also supports nesting for master control, with N0 ~ N7 available for master control operations. Additionally, the device features EEPROM backup to preserve data permanently during power-off, and it includes a capacitor for backing up the device for up to ten days.
