Inovance PLC Remote module ; H2U-4TCR-XP is a thermocouple input module with 4 channels for use with Type K or Type J thermocouples. The module can measure temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit, and has an accurate resolution ratio of 0.4°C or 0.72°F for Type K thermocouples and 0.3°C or 0.54°F for Type J thermocouples. It is compatible with the H2UCpu module.

The input signal for this module is thermocouple Type K or J, and each channel can use either type. The rated temperature range for Type K is -100°C to +1,200°C, and for Type J it is -100°C to +600°C. The digital output range for Type K is -1,000 to +12,000, and for Type J it is -1,000 to +6,000. The module has a total accuracy of ±(0.5% full scale +1°C), and the A/D conversion time is (240ms ± 2%) × 4 channels.

The module uses photo-coupler isolation between analog and digital circuits, but there is no isolation between the analog channels. It has an internal power supply of DC5V 30mA, and can also be powered externally with DC24V ± 10% 50mA. The module occupies 8 input or output points and is compatible with H2U,H3U PLCs. Its weight is 0.3kg.
