Euradrive fault codes 2
L.U. - Under-Voltage Protection: This error occurs when the input voltage is on the low side. To resolve this, check if the supply voltage is normal and if the parameter settings are correct.
O.H. - Radiator Overheat: This error occurs when the environment temperature is too high, the radiator is too dirty, the installation place is not good for ventilation, or the fan is damaged. To resolve this, improve ventilation, clean the air inlet and outlet and the radiator, install as required, change the fan, or decrease the carrier wave frequency or compensation curve.
O.L2 - Motor Overload: This error occurs when the load is too heavy for the motor. To resolve this, reduce the load, check the drive ratio, or increase the motor's capacity.
ESP - External Fault: This error occurs when the external emergency-stop terminal is active. To resolve this, check for any external faults.
Err3 - Current Malfunction Before Running: This error occurs when a current alarm signal exists before running. To resolve this, check if the control board is connected well with the power board or seek assistance from the manufacturer.
Err2 - Parameters Tuning Wrong: This error occurs when the parameters are not measured correctly, or the motor is not connected properly during parameter measurement. To resolve this, ensure that the motor is connected correctly when measuring parameters.
Err4 - Current Zero Excursion Malfunction: This error occurs when the flat cable is loosened or the current detector is broken. To resolve this, check the flat cable and seek assistance from the manufacturer if necessary.
PF0 - Output Phase Loss: This error occurs when the motor is broken, the motor wire is loose, or the inverter is broken. To resolve this, check if the wire of the motor is loose and if the motor is broken.
AErr - Line Disconnected: This error occurs when the analog signal line is disconnected or the signal source is broken. To resolve this, change the signal line and the signal source.
EP3 - Inverter Under-Load: This error occurs when the water pump dries up, the belt is broken, or the equipment is broken. To resolve this, supply water for the pump, change the belt, or repair the equipment.
EP/EP2, 22: nP - Pressure Control: This error occurs when the pressure is too high during negative feedback or too low during positive feedback, causing the inverter to enter into dormancy status. To resolve this, decrease the minimum frequency of PID and reset the inverter to normal status.
Err5 - PID Parameters are Set Wrong: This error occurs when the PID parameters are set incorrectly. To resolve this, set the parameters correctly.
GP - Earth Fault Protection: This error occurs when the motor cable is damaged and short-connected to grounding, the motor isolation is damaged and short-connected to grounding, or there is an inverter fault. To resolve this, change the cable, repair the motor, or contact the manufacturer.
PG - Encoder Fault: This error occurs due to encoder installation fault, encoder fault, or encoder line number setting fault. To resolve this, check the installation and connection, check the encoder, and set F851 correctly.
PCE - PMSM Distuning Fault: This error occurs when the motor parameters measurement is wrong or the load is too heavy. To resolve this, measure the motor parameters correctly and decrease the load.
OH1 - PTC Overheat Protection: This error occurs due to external relay protection. To resolve this, check the external heat protection equipment.
Er44 - Master Loses Slave’s Response: This error occurs due to a communication fault between the master and slave. To resolve this, check the wiring, baud rate, and communication parameters setting.
CE - Communication Timeout Error: Indicates a communication fault, possibly because a PC/PLC does not send commands at a fixed time. Ensuring reliable connection of the communication line is suggested.
EEEP - EEPROM Read/Write Fault: This error can be caused by interference or damage to the EEPROM. Removing interferences or contacting the manufacturer for a damaged EEPROM is recommended.
Err6 - Watchdog Fault: A watchdog timeout error suggesting to check the watchdog signal for issues.
CE1 - Keypad Disconnection Protection: Indicates a keypad disconnection. Checking the connection is the advised resolution.
These error codes underscore the complexity of VFD systems and the need for systematic troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
