Time Relay and Temperature Control Unit for Ovens - DGF-77R-A

Industrial Oven temperature control + Timer

With the new generation of temperature compensation, it offers high precision.

DGF-77R-A   220V input, 1 Relay (main) + 1 relay output, 72x72mm size.

(You can find the installation and panel cut dimensions in the product visuals. The picture belongs to the product. You can check the specifications tab for the input and other technical details.)
Supported sensor models: K.E.J.F.T.S.R.B.N. and PT100 (Please refer to the specifications tab for the maximum temperature measurement range of sensor groups.)
- It can read all sensor types with decimal points (thanks to the new generation processor).
- If the connected sensor fails or is disconnected, it will continue to heat up by the ratio amount you gave (very useful when performing PID control).
- If the cable distance is too long or the sensor mounting location is problematic and creates a temperature difference, the device has a function to tolerate the difference and determine the actual value (OFFSET).
- This model has both heating and cooling functions. In addition, if the temperature of the heating zone increases unintentionally, the second output can be used for cooling. The same is true for cooling.

Control method: PID, PID Automatic Adjustment, ON-OFF Control Mode. With the latest PID algorithm, it can provide very successful performance up to 0.1°C (this data may vary depending on the mechanism).

Output type: It has 1 SSR output, 1 relay output. The SSR output is used for heating or cooling, and one relay is optional to indicate that the baking is finished.
Defrost time can be defined for cooling applications.

Analog and PWM output: None. Check the DSPRO models if you need analog or pulse output.

Precision: 0.3% FS measurement accuracy
Display: Dual Display, 4 digits, 7 segment LED Display (if desired, set indicators can be turned off from the program).
Max 50°C Hysteresis Range (PID form "0")

++ Users can give limits to their set values encrypted. For example, if you have a problematic oven that will be in trouble when the processed product exceeds 180 degrees or is below 145 degrees, you can prevent the machine operator from going above the upper limit or below the lower limit by giving upper and lower limits.

Additional PID Function: Zero crossing periodic wave setting with random trigger and phase angle random trigger.
Ability to make a soft start in applications that need to be restarted.

Modbus and other comminication: Optional. RS485 Modbus RTU Communication and PC can be programmed. It can communicate with external products such as PLC and HMI. This feature is standard on the DSPRO series temperature control models.
This device is designed only to control basic temperature in light industry environments. It does not have a certificate to be used in military applications, maritime and medical fields. For detailed information, please refer to the Derell Electronics website.

Editor's note: DGF Model Oven Control and Cooking Devices are a useful series, especially for bread ovens, which provide both temperature and time. Note that the device does not have a digital input. In other words, if the oven door is opened during cooking, you should cut the heating from the contactor/SSR section connected to the device output, not from the device itself. You can use the second digital (relay or SSR) output for heating
