New generation 6-digit industrial counter :
The new generation industrial counter is a device with a 72x72 mm size that has two rows of 7-segment displays and a 220V AC/DC power supply input. The product image includes panel cutting dimensions and connection diagrams.
It has three digital inputs with special segments for fast counters and can be used with NPN and PNP sensor types and encoders. The device has two relay outputs and two electronic outputs for SSR. It can count at a rate of 10 kHz and supports 15 input counting types and 15 output types. The 1st and 2nd output formations have set and reset positions and times.
It can store the last count value in memory in case of power failure, and can add a fixed OFFSET for distance measurement applications. It has a panel button to reset the current value and can reduce frequency for mechanical switch connections to obtain accurate results.
The device has a five-digit multiplier value after the decimal point (0.12345).
Overall, this new generation industrial counter is a versatile device that can be used in various industrial applications where counting, measuring, and displaying values are required.
"All commonly used inductive and photoelectric digital sensors, as well as those that produce square wave, sawtooth signals, open collectors or incremental encoders can be connected. The device can count in both directions for encoders.
A regulated power supply output is available internally for the encoders or sensors that will be connected (see product image)."
"Dear friends, I can say that this device is the most widely sold (72x72) counter model in the market. I have personally used hundreds of them for at least 15 years. Since all the chronic problems we used to encounter, such as screen shutdown and sensor power output, have been resolved, this product has become very reliable, and we have had almost no returns due to malfunctions in the past 4 years.
It has two relay outputs and two SSR outputs. Unfortunately, in these versions, the relay and SSR work in parallel. However, since the SSR output is generally not used frequently, I have found that this is not usually a problem. Having two outputs provides convenience, especially for applications that require dimensional measurements. For instance, the first output can be used to slow down the machine while the second output can be used to stop it, providing precise results for product length, weight, or distance.
The device's remote readability and two outputs, and most importantly, its unbeatable price in the market, make it a blind choice if you need it. (My personal opinion)"
