Toshiba VF-PS1 Fault codes 5
E-11: Sequence Error
The system signal has not been input to the input terminals.
The input terminal function (130, 131) is not set.
Solutions: Check if the sequence is correct. Set 130 or 131 as the input terminal.
E-12: Encoder Error
The encoder circuit is disconnected.
The encoder is not properly connected.
Solutions: Check the encoder connection. Ensure the encoder is properly connected. Verify that parameter F376 corresponds to the encoder's phase-A and phase-B connections.
E-13: Speed Error (Overspeed)
Encoder error (inverter error).
Solutions: Check the encoder connection. Ensure the encoder is properly connected.
E-17: Key Malfunction Alarm
The same key has been pressed continuously for more than 20 seconds.
Solution: Check the operation panel.
E-18: Terminal Input Error
The VI/II input signal cable is disconnected.
The terminal control card is not inserted.
Solutions: Check the VI/II input signal. Insert the terminal control card into the inverter. Check the P24 terminal for a short circuit between CC or CCA.
E-19: CPU2 Communication Error
An error occurred during CPU2 communication.
Solution: Call for service.
E-20: V/f Control Error
An internal control error has occurred.
Solution: Call for service.
E-21: CPU1 Error
A software error has occurred in the control CPU.
Solution: Call for service.
E-22: Abnormal Logic Input Voltage
Abnormal voltage has been applied to the logic input terminal.
Solution: Check the signal connected to the logic input terminal.
E-23: Option 1 Error
Expansion I/O card 1 is faulty.
Solution: Call for service.
E-24: Option 2 Error
Expansion I/O card 2 is faulty.
Solution: Call for service.
E-25: Position Hold Error
A deviation error occurred during position hold control.
The creep speed is too fast.
Solutions: Check the encoder connection. Adjust the proportional P gain (F362). Reduce the creep speed.
E-26: CPU2 Error
The motor control CPU is faulty.
The driver circuit board in the inverter is damaged.
Solution: Call for service.
E-29: Control Power Backup Low Voltage Error
The control voltage between +SU and CC terminals is too low.
The control power is not supplied through +SU and CC terminals.
Parameter F647 is not set correctly.
Solutions: Check if the voltage between +SU and CC terminals is DC20V or higher. Set parameter F647 to 0 (if the control power backup device is not used). Reset the inverter by turning it off and back on.
SOUt: Step Loss (PM Motors Only)
The motor shaft is locked.
An output phase is open.
A shock load has been applied.
Solutions: Release the motor shaft from the lock. Check the connection cables between the inverter and motor.
PrF: Power Cutoff Circuit Error
Power cutoff circuit error.
Solution: Call for service.
