Gemo UC107 (Universal Controller)

+ Input supply voltage 220v (24 volt supply must be specified with order)
+ Input type ; 0.1-0.10v,4.20mA analog signal
+ Output type ; with relay output (must be specified in order for SSR)

- Calibration is done with HI.SC and LO.SC parameters.
- First of all, the type of input signal to be applied to the device is selected (0-10V,0-1V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA)
- When the analog input is at the lower scale value of the selected input type, LO.SC value is read on the display.
- When the analog input is at the upper scale value of the selected input type, HI.SC value is read on the display.

- Example 1; Let LO.SC = -100, HI.SC = 1750. Let the input signal be 0-10V. Input Signal = 0V; -100 in Display, Input Signal = 10V; Display 1750, Input Signal = 5V; The display reads 825.

- Example 2; Let LO.SC = -100, HI.SC = 1750. Let the input signal be 0-1V. Input Signal = 0V; -100 in Display, Input Signal = 1V; 1750 in Display, Input Signal = 0.5V; The display reads 825.

- Example 3; Let LO.SC = -300, HI.SC = 750. Let the input signal be 4-20mA. Input Signal = 4mA; -300 in Display, Input Signal = 20mA; 750 in Display, Input Signal = 12mA; The display reads 225.

- Example 4; Let LO.SC = -300, HI.SC = 750. Let the input signal be 0-20mA. Input Signal = 0mA; -300 in Display, Input Signal = 20mA; 750 in Display, Input Signal = 10mA; The display reads 225.
- With the “d.Pnt” parameter, the digit in which the decimal point will be is determined.

- Alarm SET Setting: AL.tY = Abs,-Abs; LO.SC .. HI.SC AL.tY = rel, -rel, bnd, -bnd, bn.i, -bn.i; -500 .. +500
- Out Hysteresis: 1 .. 100
- Alarm Hysteresis : 1 .. 100
- Offset : -500..500 (oFFS)
- “OUT” Control Form: Straight, Reverse (see working principle)
- Sensor Protection: OUT and ALARM output will be OFF if analog input measurement fails
- Supply Voltage: 100..240VAC, 50-60Hz or 24VDC/AC (insulation voltage 40VAC max.)
- Power Consumption: < 6VA
- Relative Humidity: 80% up to 30oC, then linearly decreasing to 50% at 50oC (non-condensing)
- Operating altitude: < 2000 m
- EMC : EN 61000-6-1, EN 61000-6-3 (Light industrial environment only). However, they can work on the same panel as speed controllers.

- Current Input: Shunt impedance (inside the device) 27 Ohm, maximum 50mA dc can be applied

WARNING: There is a 27 Ohm shunt resistor between UC104 (11-12), UC107 (14-15) terminals (inside the device). Do not apply voltage to these terminals, permanent hardware failure may occur. All inputs are direct current (dc). Do not apply reverse polarity, permanent hardware failure may occur. The polarities are shown in the figures above. no: normally open nc: normally closed.
