How Does It Work?

The DTPM-37 converts the operator's selected value into a precise 4-20mA analog output signal. This signal can be used as a reference input for variable frequency drives, PLCs, process controllers, actuators and many other industrial control devices.

The output value can be increased or decreased using the front panel buttons or by connecting external dry-contact push buttons to the digital input terminals.

Remote Control Capability

External Up and Down digital inputs allow remote adjustment from push buttons, relay contacts or PLC outputs using dry contacts.

Only dry-contact inputs should be connected to the digital input terminals. Applying an external voltage to these terminals may damage the device.

DTPM-37 vs DTPV-37

Both models share the same hardware platform but provide different analog output types.

DTPM-37 provides a 4-20mA current output, while DTPV-37 provides a 0-10V voltage output.

The correct model should be selected according to the analog input requirements of the connected equipment.

Why Choose DTPM-37?

Compared with conventional potentiometers, the DTPM-37 provides greater accuracy, improved stability and longer service life because there are no mechanical sliding contacts subject to wear.

Its compact panel-mount design, intuitive user interface and flexible analog output adjustment make it an excellent solution for industrial control panels, machine builders, OEM equipment manufacturers and automation engineers.

Important Notice

The DTPM-37 is designed as an analog reference signal generator. It should not be used as the sole safety device in any control system.

Emergency stop circuits, overload protection, contactors and other independent safety devices should always be incorporated into the machine or process control system.
