ACQ 800 Fault codes

Hi,

The drive can be reset by pressing the RESET button on the control panel or using the PC tool. Alternatively, turning off the supply voltage for a while is also a method to reset the drive. After the error is cleared, the motor can be restarted. The error can also be reset from an external source selected by parameter 10.10 Fault reset sel.

Error History

When an error is detected, it is stored in the error logger with a timestamp. The error history stores information about the last 16 errors of the drive. The last three errors are stored at the top when the power is turned off. Parameters 08.01 Active error and 08.02 Last error store the error codes of the most recent errors. Selected active errors are indicated by 08.20 Pump error word.

Alarms can be monitored through 08.05 Alarm word1 … 08.08 Alarm word4 and 08.21 Pump alarm word. Alarm information is lost when power is turned off or the error is reset.

This information provides a general guide on how to manage errors and alarms in various ABB drives, including the ACQ800 series. When an error occurs in the drive, it is important to determine the relevant error code and take appropriate action according to these codes. Resetting the drive, as part of the troubleshooting process, ensures that the drive returns to normal operation after the source of the problem is resolved.
