Toshiba VF-AS3 Fault codes 2

    E17 (0x0011) - Emergency Off
+ Cause: An emergency stop was initiated. This can occur if the [STOP/RESET] button is pressed twice while using a non-panel run command, or if a signal is sent to the emergency off terminal or via communication.
+ Advice: Address the underlying issue and clear the emergency off signal before resetting.

    E-11 43 (0x002B) - Brake Answer Error
+ Cause: The system did not respond within the configured <F630: Brake answer wait time>.
+ Advice: Verify system connections and settings. If the function is not in use, ensure <F630> is set to "0.0: Disabled."

    E-12 44 (0x002C) - PG Error
+ Causes:
- PG is disconnected.
- There is a wiring error with PG.
- PG voltage is incorrect.
+ Advice: Inspect PG wiring and ensure PG settings, such as <F376: PG phases number select> and <F379: PG option voltage>, are configured correctly.

   E-13 45 (0x002D) - Abnormal Speed Error
+ Causes:
- For <Pt: V/f Pattern> = "0" to "9", an overspeed condition occurs when the estimated frequency goes outside the range defined by output frequency ± <F623>/<F624> for <F622> consecutive times.
- For <Pt: V/f Pattern> = "10" to "11", overspeed may continue due to PG failure.
- Overvoltage can push the output frequency beyond <FH: Maximum frequency> + 12 Hz or <FH> + <vL: Base frequency 1> x 0.1.
- For <Pt: V/f Pattern> = "3" to "6", or "9" to "12", low speed control gain causes overshoot.
- If <Pt: V/f pattern 1> = "6", the motor was operated without the PM motor connected.
+ Advice:
- Check for input voltage problems.
- Install a braking resistor if regenerative energy is excessive.
- Ensure PG wiring and settings are correct.
- Adjust <F459> setting to increase speed control gain.
- Connect the PM motor or set <Pt: V/f pattern> = "0".

    E-18 50 (0x0032) - Analog Input Disconnecting
+ Cause: The input level at terminal [II] is below the set value in <F633: II analog input disconnection detection level>.
+ Advice: Ensure the signal line connected to terminal [II] is not disconnected and check the correctness of <F633> setting.

    E-19 51 (0x0033) - CPU Communication Error
+ Cause: A communication error between control CPUs.
+ Advice: Turn the power off and then back on. If the error persists, contact your Toshiba distributor.

    E-20 52 (0x0034) - Over Torque Boost
+ Causes:
- <F402: Automatic torque boost> setting is too high.

    E-21 53 (0x0035) - CPU1 Fault B
+ Cause: Fault in the control CPU, indicating an internal inverter issue.
+ Advice: Contact your Toshiba distributor.

    E-22 54 (0x0036) - Embedded Ethernet Fault
+ Cause: Fault in the embedded Ethernet, signaling an internal inverter issue.
+ Advice: Contact your Toshiba distributor.

    E-23 55 (0x0037) - Option Fault (Slot A)
+ Causes:
- I/O extension 1 (ETB013Z) is attached on both slot A and B, or A and C.
- I/O extension 2 (ETB014Z) is attached on slots A, B, and C.
- Abnormal option connection.
- Operating temperature is out of range.
- Fault in the option attached to slot A.
+ Advice:
- Remove one of the duplicate I/O extensions.
- Ensure the option is correctly inserted into slot A.
- Turn off the inverter and allow it to cool.
- If the problem persists after a power reset, contact your Toshiba distributor.

    E-24 56 (0x0038) - Option Fault (Slot B)
+ Causes:
- I/O extension 1 (ETB013Z) is attached on both slot B and C.
- <F376: PG select> is incorrectly set when neither encoder nor resolver option is attached on slot B.
- Abnormal option connection.
- Ambient temperature is outside the operating range.
- Fault in the option attached to slot B.
+ Advice:
- Remove one of the duplicate I/O extensions.
- Check <F376> setting and ensure the encoder or resolver option is attached to slot B if needed.
- Ensure the option is properly inserted into slot B.
- Turn off the inverter and allow it to cool.
- If the issue persists after resetting, contact your Toshiba distributor.

    E-25 57 (0x0039) - Option Fault (Slot C)
+ Causes:
- Abnormal option connection.
- Ambient temperature is outside the operating range.
- Fault in the option attached to slot C.
+ Advice:
- Ensure the option is correctly inserted into slot C.
- Turn off the inverter and allow it to cool.
- If the issue persists after resetting, contact your Toshiba distributor.

+ Advice: Contact your Toshiba distributor.

    E-29 61 (0x003D) - Control Power Option Failure
+ Causes:
- Failure in the control power supply option.
- Incorrect setting of <F647: Control power option failure detection>.
+ Advice:
- If the control power supply input voltage is normal and voltage between terminals [+SU]-[CC] is below 20 Vdc, there is a failure. Contact your Toshiba distributor.
- If not using the control power supply option, set <F647> to "0".

    E-31 63 (0x003F) - Rush Current Suppression Relay Fault
+ Causes:
- Fault in the rush current suppression relay.
- Frequent power ON/OFF cycles.
+ Advice:
- This indicates an internal inverter fault. Contact your Toshiba distributor.
- Use run commands instead of power cycling for operation control.

    E-32 64 (0x0040) - PTC Failure
+ Causes:
- PTC protection for the motor is enabled.
- Failure in the PTC circuit.
+ Advice:
- Inspect the motor and PTC for issues.
- If there is an internal inverter fault, contact your Toshiba distributor.

    E-37 69 (0x0045) - Servo Lock Error
+ Causes:
- Excessive external load applied to the motor.
