Toshiba H7 Fault codes 2
DC Fuse Open
- Internal DC bus fuse is open.
Solution:
- Check the fuse and replace if necessary.
Dynamic Braking Resistor Overcurrent
- Inability to discharge bus voltage during regeneration.
- No dynamic braking resistor (DBR) installed.
- Deceleration time is too short.
- Improper DBR setup information.
- Defective IGBT7 (or IGBT7 circuit).
- 3-phase input voltage above specification.
Solutions:
- Install a DBR.
- Extend the deceleration time.
- Check DBR setup information and ensure it is correct.
- Check IGBT7 and replace if necessary.
- Check the 3-phase input voltage and ensure it is within the specified range.
Dynamic Braking Resistor Overload
- Deceleration time is too short.
- DBR settings need adjustment.
- Overvoltage Stall settings need adjustment.
Solutions:
- Extend the deceleration time.
- Check and adjust DBR settings.
- Adjust Overvoltage Stall settings.
Earth Fault
- Ground fault at the motor.
- Ground fault at the ASD output.
- Current leakage to Earth Ground.
Solutions:
- Check motor ground connections.
- Check ASD output ground connections.
- Inspect and resolve any current leakage to Earth Ground.
