Toshiba H7 Fault codes 2

DC Fuse Open

- Internal DC bus fuse is open.
    Solution:
- Check the fuse and replace if necessary.

Dynamic Braking Resistor Overcurrent

- Inability to discharge bus voltage during regeneration.
- No dynamic braking resistor (DBR) installed.
- Deceleration time is too short.
- Improper DBR setup information.
- Defective IGBT7 (or IGBT7 circuit).
- 3-phase input voltage above specification.
    Solutions:
- Install a DBR.
- Extend the deceleration time.
- Check DBR setup information and ensure it is correct.
- Check IGBT7 and replace if necessary.
- Check the 3-phase input voltage and ensure it is within the specified range.

Dynamic Braking Resistor Overload

- Deceleration time is too short.
- DBR settings need adjustment.
- Overvoltage Stall settings need adjustment.
    Solutions:
- Extend the deceleration time.
- Check and adjust DBR settings.
- Adjust Overvoltage Stall settings.

Earth Fault

- Ground fault at the motor.
- Ground fault at the ASD output.
- Current leakage to Earth Ground.
    Solutions:
- Check motor ground connections.
- Check ASD output ground connections.
- Inspect and resolve any current leakage to Earth Ground.

EEPROM Data Fault

- EEPROM read malfunction.
    Solution:
- Check the EEPROM and replace or reprogram if necessary.

EEPROM Fault

- EEPROM write malfunction.
    Solution:
- Check the EEPROM and replace or reprogram if necessary.

Emergency Off

- Emergency Off command received via EOI or remotely.
    Solution:
- Check the source of the Emergency Off command and restart the system if needed.

Encoder Loss

- Encoder signal missing during closed-loop operation.
    Solution:
- Check encoder connections and signals to ensure proper operation.

Flash Memory Fault

- Flash memory malfunction.
    Solution:
- Check the flash memory and replace if necessary.

Gate Array Fault

- Defective Gate Array or Gate Array malfunction.
    Solution:
- Check the Gate Array and replace if necessary.

Input Phase Loss

- Low or missing 3-phase input to the ASD.
    Solution:
- Check the 3-phase input voltage and ensure it is present and within the specified range.

Load Drooping

- Load requirement exceeds the motor's capacity.
    Solution:
- Reduce the load or increase the motor's capacity.

Load End Short Circuit

- Improper wiring from the ASD output to the motor.
    Solution:
- Check the wiring and ensure proper connections.

Low Current

- Improper low current detection level setting.
    Solution:
- Check and adjust the low current detection level setting.

Main Board EEPROM Fault

- Internal EEPROM malfunction.
    Solution:
- Check the EEPROM and replace or reprogram if necessary.

Motor Overload

- V/f setting needs adjustment.
- Motor is locked.
- Continuous operation at low speed.
- Load requirement exceeds the motor's capacity.
- Startup frequency setting needs adjustment.
    Solutions:
- Check and adjust the V/f settings.
- Ensure the motor is not locked.
- Limit continuous operation at low speeds.
- Reduce the load.
- Adjust the startup frequency settings.
