Used servo motors are considered for replacement parts or upgrades on machine axes. Select for compatibility with the existing servo drive, encoder/feedback system and motion control card. Check the complete model code, including option suffixes.

Before buying, compare rated torque, power, speed and electrical ratings, motor type, feedback interface and any holding brake. Match the shaft diameter/length, key arrangement, flange and mounting dimensions to the machine. Where a gearbox is used, verify its input connection and mechanical compatibility separately.

Condition and testing: Disclose the condition of the shaft, bearing play/noise, housing and seals, plus known faults. The test statement should identify the drive used, no-load/loaded test conditions, feedback checks and any brake checks. Share available winding/insulation measurement records and repair history. Clarify whether power and encoder cables, connectors, the shaft key and other accessories are included in the sale.
